Bunueloni

A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Bunueloni blends 1 oz Punt e Mes red vermouth, 1 oz bianco vermouth and 3/4 oz gin.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Punt e Mes red vermouth
  • 1 oz bianco vermouth
  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 1 twist lemon peel
  • 1 twist orange peel

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients over ice cubes in a highball glass.
  2. Twist both lemon and orange peels over the glass and drop in.
  3. Serve.

Serve In
