Burgundy Bubbler

There's something satisfying about a well-made Burgundy Bubbler. This herbaceous version uses Burgundy wine, ginger ale for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Burgundy wine
  • 4 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Pour both ingredients over ice in a large wine glass.
  2. Garnish with slices of lemon, lime and orange, and serve.

Serve In

White Wine Glass
