There's something satisfying about a well-made Burgundy Bubbler. This herbaceous version uses Burgundy wine, ginger ale for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Burgundy wine
- 4 oz ginger ale
Instructions
- Pour both ingredients over ice in a large wine glass.
- Garnish with slices of lemon, lime and orange, and serve.
