A silky drink made with elegant brandy, the Caledonia blends 3/4 oz brandy, 3/4 oz brown creme de cacao and 1 egg yolk.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz brandy
  • 3/4 oz brown creme de cacao
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 oz cream
  • 3/4 oz milk

Instructions

  1. Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve In
