A delectable recipe for Calm Voyage made with light rum, Strega® herbal liqueur, passion-fruit syrup, lemon juice and egg.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz Strega® herbal liqueur
1 tbsp passion-fruit syrup
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
Method:
Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
