A great recipe for Gauguin made with light rum, passion-fruit syrup, lemon juice, lime juice and cherry.
2 oz light rum
1 tbsp passion-fruit syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
Combine all ingredients (except cherry) with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into an old-fashioned glass, add the cherry on top, and serve.
