Caribbean Coffee

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Caribbean Coffee features 1 oz dark rum, 5 oz hot black coffee and 1 1/2 oz whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 5 oz hot black coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
  2. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

Serve In
