1 liter light rum and 1 liter anejo rum might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Champagne Rum Punch makes it work — bubbly from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 liter light rum
- 1 liter anejo rum
- 750 ml bottle sweet vermouth
- 750 ml bottle Champagne
- 1 qt orange juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 2 sliced oranges
Instructions
- Combine the rums, wines and juices in a large punch bowl, and stir well.
- Add one large block of ice, and garnish with orange slices.
- Makes 30 (6-ounce) punch cups.
