Cherry Cobbler

This tart recipe combines 2 oz London dry gin, 1 1/2 oz cherry brandy and 3/4 oz sugar syrup into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz London dry gin
  • 1 1/2 oz cherry brandy
  • 3/4 oz sugar syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp creme de cassis

Instructions

  1. Pour into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a cherry and a mint sprig.
  3. Serve with a short straw.
