This tart recipe combines 2 oz London dry gin, 1 1/2 oz cherry brandy and 3/4 oz sugar syrup into a Medium-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 1 1/2 oz cherry brandy
- 3/4 oz sugar syrup
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp creme de cassis
Instructions
- Pour into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, a cherry and a mint sprig.
- Serve with a short straw.
