Chocolate Cloud

A sophisticated drink with velvety smooth character, the Chocolate Cloud is made with creme de cacao, Blue Curacao liqueur, and whipped cream. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz creme de cacao
  • 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1/2 oz whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the creme de cacao into a cocktail glass.
  2. Carefully layer the blue curacao on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon.
  3. Top with whipped cream.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate shavings across the cream, and serve.
