A delectable recipe for Chocolate Monkey made with banana liqueur, creme de cacao, chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate milk, whipped cream, cherry and bananas.
Ingredients:
1 shot banana liqueur
2 shots creme de cacao
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 oz chocolate syrup
4 oz chocolate milk
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 cherry
1 piece bananas
Method:
Blend liqueurs with ice-cream, milk and syrup. Pour into a parfait glass, top with whipped cream and garnish with banana and cherry.
