Count Currey

The Count Currey does one thing well: botanical with a effervescent edge. Made with gin, powdered sugar, and chilled Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 3 oz chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour gin and sugar together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well, and strain over ice cubes in a champagne flute.
  3. Fill with champagne, and serve.

Serve In
