Cranberry Punch

A large-batch cranberry punch combining cranberry juice, sugar, pineapple juice, and almond extract, topped with ginger ale. The almond extract is the secret weapon — just a tablespoon adds a subtle, aromatic nuttiness that transforms simple fruit punch into something memorable.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp almond extract
  • 2 qt ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Combine first four ingredients.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved, chill.
  3. Then add ginger ale just before serving.
  4. Add ice ring to keep punch cold.
