A tantalizing recipe for Cream Sherry Flip made with cream sherry, egg, superfine sugar, light cream and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz cream sherry
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 tsp light cream
1 tsp grated nutmeg
Method:
Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
