Cremat

A soothing drink built on smooth rum, the Cremat blends 1 L dark rum, 50 g sugar and 1 fresh cinnamon stick.

Ingredients

  • 1 L dark rum
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 fresh cinnamon stick
  • whole coffee beans
  • 1/2 lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a terracotta pot.
  2. On the side, heat up some rum on the stove.
  3. Once the rum is hot, light it and slowly pour it into the terracotta pot.
  4. Stir the beverage slowly until 2/3 of the liquid remains, then serve.
  5. Serves 8 people.
