The Discovery Bay works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — herbaceous flavors and done in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 2 oz lemon sherbet
- 2 oz ginger ale
Instructions
- Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Top with ginger ale, and serve.
