Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz brandy; 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur; 2 oz lemon sherbet; 2 oz ginger ale

The Discovery Bay works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — herbaceous flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz lemon sherbet
2 oz ginger ale

Instructions

Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Top with ginger ale, and serve.
