Frozen Cappuccino

The Frozen Cappuccino belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 5 ingredients, you get a velvety smooth drink that punches well above its weight.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Irish cream
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 dash light cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the liqueurs, ice cream and cream in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a parfait glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  5. Add a straw, and serve.
