Frozen Coconut

Dessert-like and Easy to prepare, the Frozen Coconut features 1 1/2 oz white rum, 1 oz coconut rum and 3 tbsp coconut ice cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 3 tbsp coconut ice cream

Instructions

  1. Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of mint, add straws, and serve.
