Ten Pin Gin

This tart recipe combines 1 1/2 oz London dry gin, 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur and 1 oz dry vermouth into a Advanced-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
  • 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1 oz sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Add a squeeze of a lime peel strip, and discard.
  3. Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and serve.
