Ginger Punch

This bright recipe combines 70 cl dry white wine, 10 cl gold rum and 15 cl grapefruit juice into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 70 cl dry white wine
  • 10 cl gold rum
  • 15 cl grapefruit juice
  • 30 cl orange juice
  • 70 cl dry ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except ginger ale) in a large jug and chill for two hours.
  2. Add ginger ale, and serve into wine glasses.
