A bright and citrusy drink with peaty Scotch, the Gold Mine blends 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur and 1/2 oz sweet sherry.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1 tsp egg white
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz lemonade
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) well.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, and add lemonade.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry, and serve.
