The Green Whale does one thing well: tropical with a fruity edge. Made with Blue Curacao liqueur, vodka, and fill with 1/3 pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 splash vodka
- fill with 1/3 pineapple juice
- fill with 2/3 orange juice
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Place blue curacao, vodka and sugar into a blender.
- Fill to desired level with pineapple juice and orange juice at a ratio of 1:2 – (ie.
- 1 oz pineapple, 2 oz orange).
- Shake well, and strain into collins glass(es).
