Happy New Year

The Happy New Year is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 1/4 oz brandy, 3/4 oz ruby port and 3/4 oz orange juice.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 oz brandy
  • 3/4 oz ruby port
  • 3/4 oz orange juice
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Shake brandy, port and orange juice well over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
