Żubrówka bison grass vodka, light rum, and dry vermouth stirred over cracked ice and strained. The bison grass brings herbal, vanilla-like notes that the dry vermouth amplifies, while the rum adds a touch of sweetness. A surprisingly elegant three-ingredient cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Zubrowka® vodka
- 1 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
