Hot Egg Nogg

Rich and Medium to prepare, the Hot Egg Nogg features 1/2 oz brandy, 1/2 oz dark rum and 1/2 oz sugar syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 3 oz boiling milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except milk) until smooth and pour into a heat-proof goblet.
  2. Add boiling milk, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
