Irish Whiskey Highball

A stiff drink featuring botanical gin, the Irish Whiskey Highball blends 2 oz Irish whiskey and 6 oz ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 6 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Pour both ingredients into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
