A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Julia blends 3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur, 1 oz white rum and 1 oz double cream.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz double cream
- 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
- 1/3 oz strawberry syrup
Instructions
- Blend briefly in a cocktail glass with half a glassful of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
