Dry vermouth and dry sherry might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Kaytee Cocktail makes it work — herbaceous from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
Instructions
- Pour the vermouth, sherry and Pernod into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
