A Brazilian-inspired muddled lime drink without the cachaça. Apple juice replaces the spirit, brown sugar adds caramel depth, and eight lime wedges are muddled to release their oils and juice. Served over crushed ice, it’s essentially a virgin caipirinha with an apple twist.
Ingredients
- 10 cl apple juice
- 8 limes wedges
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- crushed ice
Instructions
Squeeze the 8 parts of a lime and the brown sugar with a wooden muddler, fill up with apple juice and crushed ice.
