Maestro

The Maestro starts with anejo rum and finishes herbaceous. At 4 ingredients, it hits the sweet spot between simple and interesting.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
  • 1/2 oz sherry
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice and top with the ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve In
