Melon Colada

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Melon Colada features 1 1/4 oz white rum, 1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur and 1 1/3 oz coconut cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz white rum
  • 1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur
  • 1 1/3 oz coconut cream
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice.
  2. Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.
