Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Melon Colada features 1 1/4 oz white rum, 1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur and 1 1/3 oz coconut cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz white rum
- 1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur
- 1 1/3 oz coconut cream
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp whipping cream
Instructions
- Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice.
- Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.
