A tempting recipe for Melon Colada made with white rum, Midori® melon liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice and whipping cream.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz white rum
1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 1/3 oz coconut cream
3 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp whipping cream
Method:
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.
