Midori Ecstacy

A tantalizing recipe for Midori Ecstacy made with Midori® melon liqueur, white rum, Blue Curacao liqueur, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 dash lemon juice
pineapple juice

Pour the Midori melon liqueur, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
