A tempting recipe for Norman Porto Flip made with Calvados® brandy, LBV port, egg and caster sugar.
Ingredients:
1 oz Calvados® brandy
1 oz LBV port
1 beaten egg yolk
1 tsp caster sugar
Method:
Shake well and strain into a wine goblet filled with broken ice. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg, and serve.
