Port Wine Flip

Rich and Medium to prepare, the Port Wine Flip features 1 1/2 oz port, 2 tsp light cream and 1 tsp powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz port
  • 2 tsp light cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
  2. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
