Pineapple Punch

Zesty and Advanced to prepare, the Pineapple Punch features 1 bottle red wine, 150 ml strong tea and 100 ml pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 150 ml strong tea
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 80 ml rum
  • juice of 1 lemons
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g pineapples
  • 50 ml sherry

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them.
  2. Chill for 2 hours.
  3. Place tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum.
  4. Heat but do not boil the mixture.
  5. Pour over the pineapple pieces and sherry.

Serve In
