Porto Flip

Rich and Advanced to prepare, the Porto Flip features 1/4 oz brandy, 1 1/2 oz ruby port and 3/4 oz cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 oz brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz ruby port
  • 3/4 oz cream
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.

Serve In
