Rosarita Highball

This tart recipe combines 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1/2 oz creme de cassis and 1/4 oz fresh lime juice into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz creme de cassis
  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Shake the tequila, cassis and lime juice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Fill with ginger ale, garnish with a slice of cucumber, and serve.
