The Royal Gin Fizz is a tangy cocktails made with 2 oz gin, juice of 1/2 lemons and 1 tsp powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- juice of 1/2 lemons
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- carbonated water
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
- Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
