A bright and citrusy drink made with elegant brandy, the Brandy Fix blends 2 1/2 oz brandy, juice of 1/2 lemons and 1 tsp powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz brandy
- juice of 1/2 lemons
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp water
- 1 slice lemon
Instructions
- Combine juice of lemon, powdered sugar, and water in a highball glass.
- Stir, fill with shaved ice, and add brandy.
- Stir again, add the lemon slice, and serve with a straw.
