The Senegali Sunshine works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — velvety smooth flavors and done in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 2 cups orange juice
- 6 oz white rum
- 2 oz Curacao orange liqueur
- 4 oz light cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge.
- Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely.
- Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries.
