A delightful recipe for Serpentine made with light rum, brandy, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, superfine sugar and lemon.
Ingredients:
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1 twist lemon peel
Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
