A stiff drink built on smooth rum, the Sevilla Cocktail #2 blends 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1 oz tawny port and 1 tsp superfine sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 oz tawny port
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a sour glass.
