Shamrock

A stiff drink anchored by rich whiskey, the Shamrock blends 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 1 tsp green creme de menthe.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp green creme de menthe
  • 1 olive

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients (except olive) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the olive and serve.
