The Gaelic Coffee does one thing well: chocolatey with a rich edge. Made with Irish whiskey, Irish cream, and dark creme de cacao.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Irish whiskey
- 3/4 oz Irish cream
- 1 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 2 oz milk
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- green creme de menthe
Instructions
- Blend until smooth and pour into an irish coffee cup.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with green creme de menthe for color.
