Crisp and Advanced to prepare, the Silver Sunset features 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz apricot brandy and 1/2 oz Campari® bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz Campari® bitters
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Combine the vodka, apricot brandy, Campari, both juices and the egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange, and serve.
