Apricot Lady

The Apricot Lady does one thing well: citrusy with a warming edge. Made with light rum, apricot brandy, and triple sec.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 tsp triple sec
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 slice orange
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, apricot brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with the orange slice.

Serve In
