The Apricot Lady does one thing well: citrusy with a warming edge. Made with light rum, apricot brandy, and triple sec.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 1 tsp triple sec
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 slice orange
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, apricot brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white.
- Shake well.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with the orange slice.
