A delectable recipe for Strawberry Bolle made with apple cider, Champagne, strawberries and sugar.
Ingredients:
3 bottles chilled apple cider
1 bottle chilled Champagne
1 kg sliced and hulled strawberries
8 tbsp sugar
Method:
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle cider. Chill for several hours. To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine. Serve in small wine glasses.
