A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Sue Riding High blends 1 1/2 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao and 2 oz hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 2 oz hot chocolate
- 1 tsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Pour the dark rum, dark creme de cacao and hot chocolate (room temperature) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Add the cream into the center of the drink, and serve.
