The Hot Churchill

The The Hot Churchill works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — layered flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz rum
  • fresh, crushed ginger
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • fill with hot water

Instructions

  1. Let crushed ginger sit in the rum for as long as possible, preferably overnight.
  2. Add honey to the glass.
  3. Top with hot water.

Serve In
