A yummy recipe for Virgin Raspberry Daiquiri made with raspberry puree, pineapple juice, lemon juice, caster sugar and raspberry syrup.
Ingredients:
3 oz raspberry puree
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
1/2 oz raspberry syrup
Method:
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with raspberries, and serve.
