Zesty and Advanced to prepare, the Champagne Pineapple Punch features 50 cl Sauternes white wine, 30 cl pineapple juice and 10 cl lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 50 cl Sauternes white wine
- 30 cl pineapple juice
- 10 cl lemon juice
- 60 g caster sugar
- 200 g pineapple chunks
- 75 cl Champagne
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve.
