Champagne Pineapple Punch

Zesty and Advanced to prepare, the Champagne Pineapple Punch features 50 cl Sauternes white wine, 30 cl pineapple juice and 10 cl lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 50 cl Sauternes white wine
  • 30 cl pineapple juice
  • 10 cl lemon juice
  • 60 g caster sugar
  • 200 g pineapple chunks
  • 75 cl Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two-thirds full.
  3. Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve.

Serve In
